Refund & Payments

1. Prepaid. Subscriptions and credits are paid in advance. Access is activated once payment is confirmed.
2. Crypto is non-refundable. Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, crypto payments and used credits are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. Subscriptions. The current paid period is non-refundable; you may choose not to renew. Cancelling stops future charges.
4. Outages on our side. For a significant service failure attributable to us, we may, at our discretion, issue service credits.
5. Violations. Termination for an Acceptable Use Policy violation carries no refund.
6. Chargebacks. Disputing a legitimate card payment may result in suspension and a recovery fee.
7. Taxes. Applicable taxes are your responsibility where relevant.
