Acceptable Use Policy

PlusAPI provides access to language models (including the AEON model) through an OpenAI-compatible API. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and isn't allowed. By using the service you agree to it. It is part of our Terms of Service and may be updated separately.

1Our approach

You may use PlusAPI for any lawful purpose. This policy sets out the uses that are not allowed. The most important boundary concerns minors and other illegal content, detailed below.

2Absolutely prohibited

The following is prohibited without exception. Violations result in immediate termination of your key without refund and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualization of minors — including creating, requesting, distributing or promoting such content, whether or not any part of it is AI-generated, fictional, drawn or "just roleplay", and including the sexualization of characters depicted as or appearing to be under 18, and sexualized "age-play". There is no "it's fiction" exception.
• Grooming, enticement or exploitation of minors — instructions or content to seduce, blackmail or otherwise harm a child.
• Non-consensual intimate content — sexual deepfakes of real people, "revenge porn", NCII.
• Planning, facilitating or concealing other illegal activity.
• Violence, terrorism, incitement to violence or its glorification; credible threats.
• Development of weapons of mass destruction (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) or dangerous weapons.
• Malware, hacking, network intrusion, credential theft, defeating security measures.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, spam, or impersonation of people or organizations.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing; hateful or dehumanizing content targeting protected classes.
• Privacy violations — surveillance, scraping personal data without consent, biometric identification without a lawful basis.
• Election interference, coordinated inauthentic behavior, disinformation campaigns.
• Interference with critical infrastructure.

3Restricted uses

The following is permitted only with meaningful human oversight and must not be the sole basis of automated high-stakes decisions: medicine, law, finance/credit, employment, housing and insurance. Model output is not professional advice.

4Age

The service is for adults 18 and older only. By using it you confirm you are at least 18.

5Enforcement

We do not log the content of your prompts or completions (see our Privacy Policy). This policy is enforced through automated input gates — in particular, blocking content that sexualizes minors — through response to credible reports, and, where we have actual knowledge of prohibited content, through appropriate action. We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without refund for violations.

6Child safety & reporting

We have zero tolerance for any sexual exploitation of minors. Where we detect CSAM (including AI-generated) or attempts to involve a minor, we act on it and, where required by applicable law, report to the competent authorities. Report a violation: [email protected].

7Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
