Privacy Policy

Privacy is part of the product. This policy describes what we collect and, more importantly, what we don't.

1What we do collect

• Account (optional): an email — only if you provide one for receipts or recovery. Key-based access works without an email.
• Billing: transaction records (crypto transaction IDs / payment-processor data), retained as tax and financial law require.
• Minimal request metadata: model used, token counts, timestamps — for billing and rate/fair-use limits. No content.
• Safety hashes: child-safety gate events are logged without the request text (category and a key-hash prefix only).

2How we use and disclose it

Only to provide the service, bill, secure it, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. We disclose to sub-processors (payment processor, GPU/inference host) as needed to operate, and where required by law.

3Sub-processors

We use a small set of providers to run the service — a payment processor, GPU/inference hosting, and an email provider. A current list is maintained and updated.

4Abuse & legal carve-out

Despite our zero-retention approach to content, we may process the minimum data necessary to detect and prevent abuse, ensure security, bill, and meet legal obligations (including child safety — see AUP §6).

5Retention

Content: not stored. Billing records: as required by law. Rate-limit metadata: kept only as long as needed for its purpose.

6Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority. We do not "sell" or "share" data in the CCPA/CPRA sense. Requests: [email protected]. International transfers are made with appropriate safeguards.

7Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
