Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and PlusAPI ("PlusAPI", "we") governing your use of our OpenAI-compatible API and related websites. By using the service, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The service is unavailable where prohibited by law or sanctions.
2. Keys & access. Access is via an API key (a bearer token). Your key is your access; we store only a hash of it and do not tie it to an identity. You are responsible for keeping it safe and for all activity under it. A lost key cannot be recovered.
3. Acceptable use. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4. Payment & billing. Plans and prices are shown on the site. Payment is prepaid (subscription or credits), by cryptocurrency and/or card via a payment processor. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Plan limits (concurrency, RPM, context, and a monthly fair-use allowance) apply.
5. Refunds. Governed by our Refund & Payments Policy. Crypto payments and used credits are generally non-refundable.
6. Your content. You keep all rights to your inputs and to the output generated for you, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for your content and its compliance with applicable law.
7. Our rights. The platform, software, models, and the PlusAPI and AEON marks belong to us or our licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.
8. Disclaimer. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Model output may be inaccurate; you use it at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event, or USD 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification. You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or the AUP, or your misuse of the service.
11. Suspension & termination. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for a breach of these Terms or the AUP, or as required by law, with no refund on breach.
12. Sanctions & export. You warrant that you are not subject to sanctions and will not use the service in violation of export controls; for crypto payments, that your funds are lawfully sourced.
13. Governing law & disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlusAPI operates, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts for any dispute, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
